These terms apply to every order placed at WeAreFutbol. By placing an order you accept them.

WeAreFutbol sells football apparel under the trade name WeAreFutbol, operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], [POSTAL ADDRESS], [COUNTRY]. For anything about these terms, write to us through the contact form and we will answer as soon as we can.

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is closed when we send you the order confirmation with the tracking number.

We may refuse an order when an item is out of stock, when the price or description was clearly wrong, or when we cannot deliver to the destination. If we refuse, we refund the full amount you paid.

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the site and include the taxes that apply to us. Delivery is shown separately before you pay. Payment is handled by established providers, so we never see your card details.

Every order is produced for you. Production takes 2 to 5 business days and delivery 5 to 15 business days depending on the destination. We ship worldwide.

If your parcel does not arrive within 30 days after the estimated delivery date, contact us and we will solve it or refund you.

Because every item is produced for you, we accept returns only for defective or incorrect items, within 30 days of delivery. Write to us with a photo and we will replace the item or refund it in full.

Refunds are issued with the same payment method you used to pay, within 14 days of the return being accepted.

The designs, artwork and photographs on this site belong to us or to their respective owners. You may not reproduce, resell or use them commercially without written permission.

We are responsible for the goods we sell, but we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

These terms are governed by the law of [COUNTRY]. If any clause is declared invalid, the rest of the terms stay in force.
